This is repeated three times. The short lines with di dum cut off cause it to speed up towards the end. Unlike the limerick which has a single stanza the slimerick tells a little story of around seven stanzas.
It seems to work best when the first two lines are contrasted against the others. So there you have it, diddums. Oakland Athletics Lost $23 Million At End of 2004 Season

"SBS," as its called, currently has two simulations: The Oakland Baseball Simworld and the XFL Simworld.
